I stopped going to this place over two years ago when I placed an double order of onion rings the last two orders, and it was only one order of onion rings; I stop going when I ordered a shake and it tasted watery, I’ll never forget the taste of the shake I couldn’t finished due to it possibly being spoiled or contaminated. Well, I decided to go tonight. I felt rushed when ordering, and I felt like the person handling the drive-through was a bit rude. It’s always at night never have this issue with the noon shift. I wanted onion rings and a huge tea, but they were out of onion rings. Which killed my mood being that was the reason I drove to this restaurant that was further from me over the three other restaurants that are open late closer to home.

If I can choose zero stars I would. This is my last time at cookout. I ordered a cheddar style hamburger without any mustard, and it wasn’t until I got home I noticed brown stuff on my hamburger so I open it up. It turned out they gave me the cook out style instead. That not even the worst part when I open my burger there was mustard on it thank God I open it because I have a mustard allergy. I ended up throwing my hamburger away because of this. I won’t risk my life for cook out.
