I had many of your dishes all based upon low carb. Here is what I found i love your salmon mouse but I serve on bread* u modified for me in cucumbers but cut them length wise not short and round. Can't handle well but if u cut the number length wise you could get the mouse, carpets and pickled onions in easily, would be more dynamic and give aesthetic value of more product. As short rounds u and the product is limited. As for the mussels, very good but so small. So the two Todd not open up i was left with very few, I ordered the salmon mouse, the mussels and the 5 meat and cheese tray. Really for me to get full? I am a small woman on a low carb high protein diet. Let me he!I u open this up without cost.
