Cashier was good. Took order repeated order to kitchen (2 croissant breakfast sandwiches).They were out of bagels and the cashier asked additional staff to help her out by “turning off the bagel” option. She was shrugged at by 2 different staff, we felt bad for her. We waited for 30 minutes (several other sandwiches orders came out for other tables) then a staff member came out and asked what kind of bread for the breakfast sandwich. 20 minutes later after all the people around us (that came after us) had their orders we went back to see if we could get a refund. The staff was extremely rude and said “the order is right here” in a tone as if we were only waiting 5 minutes. We asked if we could get the order now 50 minutes later to go. We received an eye roll and “well you’ll have to wait outside if you want it to go”. We waited some more and when the staff member brought it out we said “thank you” their response was a rude “yeah. We understand mistakes and being busy, we were kind and being patient (even when we knew something had happened being that all the other orders around us were complete) rudeness and unhappy/unhelpful staff is why we will not be back. The sandwiches were soggy and barely warm.
