The food is over priced and the hamburgers were absolutely disgusting , they didn't take like hamburgers at all but some type of meatloaf sandwich!!!!!!and didn't come with French fries. Definitely not worth your money......

THIEVES! We ordered wings in advance for the Super Bowl at the Stage Rd location. When we went to pick up the wings and they weren't ready. They haven't even fulfilled orders from Monday. There were so many people in the store who were so pissed off because they also didn't receive their food. The staff was extremely rude and refused to issue any refunds because it was against their policy. I can understand not issuing a refund if we received our order, but no one received there order. So they just stole everyone's money. Police were contacted and went to the store. The police told everyone that there have already been multiple complaints against The Wing Guru. Memphis is known for good food and this place is an embarrassment to Memphis. Wings are mediocre at best and customer service is nonexistent. Also be aware if you use your credit/debit card because there have been multiple reports and reviews of credit card numbers being stolen. So add identity theft to the list.
