Far and away the best beef brisket I’ve ever had in my life also it’s hard to believe that the ribs might be the best I’ve ever had as well and I’ve been to Kansas City Kansas have had their barbecue there and Primos rocks the house I got to try the chicken next. My brother is actually coming up from downstate to meet me at Primos on May 29 to have lunch my wife and I are looking forward to that again can’t get enough.

We went here to pick up dinner for four. They only had brisket, pulled pork, and chicken wings. We bought two brisket sandwiches, one pulled pork sandwich, and one small order of wings with beans, chips, and sodas. The total order came to $48 and change which seemed somewhat expensive for three sandwiches and 5 chicken wings. The meat was dry and barely edible on hard, stale buns and the wings were also dry and chewy. Definitely the worse meal I've ever bought at any establishment. They should think about grilling fresh meat throughout the day and tossing meat that has sat in a warmer for most of the day. Or they should have just closed for the day rather than sell such a terrible product. The four of us will not be back.
