Waking up and heading down for breakfast at TusCA in the Hyatt Regency Orange County was a solid move-everything from the perfectly toasted sourdough on the SoCal Benedict to the fresh roasted potatoes hit the spot, though the prices definitely lean into that Disneyland tourist vibe. The service was on point with quick seating, constant refills, and friendly staff, making it a convenient and tasty way to start the day even if it's a bit on the pricey side.
