We visit the Captain D's in Hartwell, GA regularly because the food is always hot, fresh, and tasty, with friendly and helpful staff maintaining a clean environment. Although there have been a couple of mix-ups with orders, the team has been apologetic and responsive, offering coupons and solutions to make things right. The drive-thru can be slow during busy times, but the presence of two condiment stations helps keep the line moving, and the fried oysters are a delicious addition to the menu.

I frequent the Captain D's in Hartwell, GA every couple of weeks for a meal. While there have been a couple of instances where my order was not accurate, the staff was apologetic and made efforts to rectify the mistakes. Despite occasional errors, the food is consistently hot and freshly prepared, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is kept clean, making it an overall enjoyable dining experience.
