Culvers is one of the worse to work at ever, place is noncompliant with Culver’s franchise contract, major lack in ownership (Owner shows up for Mike (corporate) but can’t even show up to maintain the place, Mr. Holmes isn’t making any money so he’s pissed that he can’t open up another Culver’s so he’s moved to Jets, yet it’s just another chance for him to not take accountability and the place to eventually get shut down. Culvers is ran by Kylee, Tiffanie and Eli because the general manager can’t make any decisions without the owners daughters giving approval. Very unorganized, teenagers are forced to suck up to the owners daughter or you get the roll the eyes sassy face. When you call Mr. Holmes regarding your check that you haven’t received for 2 weeks even though you notified him of the direct deposit, he gives you major attitude. GM has been pushing for raises, but Mr. Holmes is extremely greedy. Mr. Holmes has his daughters doing his dirty work, because he can’t manage to do things by himself except when it makes him look good. Never work here, unless you are very desperate and even then good luck. As far as I am concerned, Mr. Holmes isn’t the “owner” - He doesn’t deserve the title if he can’t even take any accountability for his franchise. Such a toxic establishment!
