Fruit pies: Please bring back the old "hand pie" method of baking!

Very disappointed in coconut key lime cream pie. The chunky pieces of coconut felt like I was eating plastic. There was minimal key lime flavor and whipped cream was tasteless. Cream pies used to be my favorite.

My daughter brought me a super delicious black bean sandwich today from Small Pie. Couldn't be better- so delicious. Highly recommend!
