Went to burger king this morning and the girl that took my order was so polite. I think her name was sherry she was so professional and courteous. Very sweet voice and asked our name for our order i dont know why but when i got to the window she called me by my name had everything waiting by the time i got up to get my food. She said its nice to meet you patricia and have a great day. What excellent service i will definatly be back.

Lady wasnt very professional at check out. Randomly said "I can't do that" when we asked for a frozen coke. Which in context made no sense. When clarified her responses were "nu uh" and "nah". I realize it's fast food but some more verbal professionalism would have been nice. Qdditionally, as far as I understand while Cheatqm County isn't requiring a mask mandate the employees at burger king have a company policy requiring employees to wear masks and while every employee had a mask on they were wore over there chin and not covering their mouth or nose. Furthering this, the issue then becomes the older women leaned down under the plastic protective screen and in doing so breathedamd spoke all over two of the 4 drinks. Poor service and poor personal care for customers health and safty.
