Great Place!!

This is regarding "the landing" that the fish is now affiliated with. Memorial Day weekend my family and I were out on the lake and wanted to eat at the Fish. We noticed some signage where the floating stage used to be that said "the landing" and figured maybe the restaurant name had been changed again. As we pull in to dock, a woman who claimed to be the owner aggressively approaches my husband screaming "are you kidding me, this is a private club". She was belligerent and shouted all different awful things to my family including a my child who was terrified. I have never encountered such a rude, entitled and hateful person let alone business owner. She easily could have expressed that they own the property and it was private docking. Easy fix. We left as soon as she approached us. She was nose to nose with my husband. She wouldn't disclose her name however her "business partner" Tom told us that she had been badgering people who pulled into their docks all day. We obviously weren't the only ones. I would never recommend anyone support this business or the entitled people who bring distasteful business practices to the area.

The service here is terrible!. When we were there last week, there were only two waitresses for the entire place - all levels. They tried their best but it was an impossible task. With no hostess, there was a line of people waiting to be seated. One older lady came in to make reservations for a large group the following week. As a waitress passed by she was asked to come back at another time! Why are there so few employees? Is it the pay? the working conditions? This is a pretty restaurant with lake views but they will not succeed this summer if they don't get more help.
