this is authentic Chinese food. The flavor is unbelievable and the service is probably one of the best in Portland for Chinese food. the name is Phoenix seafood but they have many other items just not seafood their beef is wonderful their pork intestine is probably the best in town they also have great pork fried rice fresh lobster fresh crap you can pick out what you like. I highly recommend this restaurant
