Shaking It Up Nutrition is my favorite go-to spot in North Kingstown for delicious protein shakes and Lit teas. The staff is always friendly and gives great recommendations, making it a welcoming and inviting place to enjoy a nutritious drink. The owner, Kim, is approachable and encouraging, constantly creating new, delicious shake recipes that are both tasty and healthy.
