This restaurant says they serve New Orleans style food. My guess is the chef has never had real New Orleans food. The crawfish etouffee was a sad brown broth with vegetables and microscopic crawfish. The gumbo was equally as sad. And I'm pretty sure the blackened "redfish" was actually tilapia. A pity this establishment couldn't offer the true taste of New Orleans.
