Ordered online. Got an email saying food delivered. It hadn't. Called store and they said they'd contact third party delivery service. After almost two hours, my neighbor a few houses down brought over my cold order she found on her porch. Called store back asking for fresh food. Was told I could only get refund (which I still haven't gotten).
