I used to be a fan of this restaurant, but the portions and quality of the food has gone down since the virus pandemic. Also, I agree with many people here who say the female owner is rude and lacks customer service skills. She should stay in the back and never deal with the customers. I have observed her being nice to certain customers, but this is rare. Thats the main reason I dont go there any more. I prefer giving my money to owners who appreciate their
customers.

Your chances of getting terrible customer service if you're Latino are pretty high. The women at the front desk who charges you and hands you your food is unfriendly, rude and unpleasant. I guess she figures she can get away with it.
As first time customers it will also be our last. Worst experience I've ever had at a soul food restaurant. Never again.
