I found an incredible destination that truly exceeded my expectations. The exceptional service and atmosphere made my experience unforgettable.

First off we had a reservation for 6 inside the patio for brunch, in which when we got there they tried to sit us outside under the train track. Also they told us they do not have a brunch menu. Second of all it could of been ok but there were going to be two of us sitting inside a bush. So I asked to sit in the patio and they told us you can only sit there if you buy a bottle (which when we made the reservation we were never told about it). But still we agreed after buying that bottle which they charged us $225 but then later after getting the drinks/bottle menu it said ot cost $150 (but thats a whole other story), I noticed that all the other people in our area never had bought a bottle. As time goes on im starting to notice that we aren't getting really served the waitress came only once to us took our order and disappeared for about 45 min. Not once came to check on up on us or nothing. Once our food was ready she couldn't even remember who ordered what. Looking pass this to make things better our bottle was finishing so the table wanted to order drinks, the waitress refused to sell us the drinks and said this is a bottle only table. I was confused as to all the other tables around us in the same section only had beers! I honestly felt like our money was no good there. The waitress started to see my frustration and ask the host about the situation. She came back and said sorry you cannot buy drinks its only bottle service and once again I mention what kind of place is this we are trying to spend money and enjoy ourselves and you are denying money! I never seen a business that would do that. So I had her ask her manager. Which then he said it was OK to sell us drinks. Needless to say if you want to be treated like sh-t or like your money isn't worth sh-t this is the perfect place for you. Bad service! Btw this night ended up costing about a thousand dollars and we didn't even get a im sorry for the service
