05/29/2021 - Former Cheesy Popcorn Fan
On May 26, 2021, I stopped by Minnehaha Scoop to get some ice cream and a bag of their Cheesy Popcorn. The ice cream was great, but the popcorn is not made as well as it always was before. It had many black burnt kernels and big clumps of the orange powder in it. I asked when it was made and the young woman said about a half hour ago. Unfortunately, whoever made this batch clearly did not know what they were doing. This popcorn alone has made me stop by the last couple years, but I won't be getting the popcorn next time unless the staff is better trained on how to make it. I had to throw this bag out.
