The service today was horrendous. The manager lacks the personality needed to work in the service industry. I understand that people may be in training but as the manager letting a customer get skipped over by three other customers is unexcusable. There was never a mention of sorry about the misunderstanding there wasn't even a thank you have a nice day. On top of all of that he got the order wrong! Ronaldo's bagels down the hill from Honda in Brewster will be my go-to from now on!

Bagels were delicious, sausage egg and cheese was good too. not cheap but last time went somewhere else in the morning and they were day old bagels.

This is for the new Carmel location. Simple ham and Swiss on a bagel. 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of thinly sliced Swiss cheese. Really for $7. Terrible. I know they are new, but dont they know how to slice Ham and make a sandwich.
