Exceptional wait staff ….but don’t ask for well done steak sent it back took another 30 min after waiting almost an hour the first time. No offers for an exchange for something else after it was wrong the second time, was offered free cheesecake for our trouble, and got 1 piece for 2 of us. Total bill almst 100 bucks for 2 Ny strips (large ones) no offer to discount ticket, so 100 bucks for 1 steak fries and salad

Husband and I tried out Juniper on my birthday thinking it would be qa good choice for a special occasion, We were surprised when we arrived and saw that it had the ambiance of a chain of mid level steakhouses. We stayed and decided to give it a chance. I ordered the filet and my husband ordered the prime-rib.No complaints on the food, it was very good and the waiter was attentive and personable. The price points were consistent with a high end experience like Vernon’s Speakeasy, but the surroundings were more in keeping with a Lone Start state family restaurant. It was okay, but we won’t return.

I will never return to this place. The high end prices to not match the food or service. Everything we ordered didn't even taste seasoned, came out cold, and was utterly disappointing. This all after having to request a new server as the first one was extremely rude and condescending. We waited 17 min to get a drink and more than an hour to get our food. The lamb was not even mediocre, the prime rib came out over cooked and flavorless. The drinks we watered down. The management was sub par. We Are wildly disappointed with this restaurant.
I can't imagine how they "won" any awards. And when you tell the server about how bad everything was his response was, "Do you want dessert" absolute joke. They even charged $4.00 to add olive juice to the martinis! Please folks, if you want quality food and service don't go here.
