Placed our name for a reservation of 5 at 7pm, got seated at 7:40pm. Our server Deandre, came over looking unenthused, thought he maybe was very tired. Took our orders. Got our alcoholic drinks in a fairly timely matter, but we waited over 10 minutes for 4 waters and a pop, we actually had to ask another server for our drinks, whuch she was very friendly, while Deandre was at the bar. When a member of our group went to ask him where the restroom was, he was on his phone on Tik Tok. My son ordered the ribs, come to find out 3 minutes later they just ran out. I spoke to the manager Terri and she came to the table and apologized and asked if she could treat us to desserts and then went into the kitchen/server area. We then got our food...had to ask for utensils and napkins because we only got 2 sets when seated, burgers were more pink then requested. Never once did our server ask how the food was or get refills on drinks, and we had to ask another server for boxes. When he bought the check all that he said was "Sign the top copy, bottom copy is yours"
Maybe he's having a bad day or maybe dealing with people isn't his nitch, either way your attitude and performance affects your tip
