Exceptional!!!! Me & My sister went out for ice cream at Scoops last week. We both really enjoyed it! We ate inside and it was so nice in there and the lady that waited on us was so friendly. There were so many flavors to choose from and all 8 flavors we tried were delicious! We will definitely be going back!!!
