I'm so pleased with their customer service, delivery and bakery. We are a Company that order birthday goodies for our employees, this is the 3rd time I've used Annie's Bakery in Boynton Beach, FL and they always arrive on time. The last time, I didn't realize that their delivery person had to have a code to get into the secure neighborhood, our employee was not home yet and it was pouring with rain but Annie was on the phone with me constantly just so that our order could be delivered on time. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.
