First time there today and I couldn’t decide what to order... they offered to make a combo rib and pork plate which was not on the menu... I have been to a lot of BBQ places including Kansas City and several in Texas and the Fat Pig BBQ in Edmonds is at least equal to the best of them...my best comment would be meaty and moist..they will be my go to place..Oh..another thing..reasonably priced!
