I live in Chattanooga,Tn and my experience was fine when I first started going there but now that manager Erica is terrible she has a nasty attitude,she doesn't know how to treat her staff or her customers.I had a drink in a to go cup and we were packing up our food getting ready to go as we were paying the checks she took my drink off the table and put it in a busy tub and didn't replace it this made me never wanna done there again something need to be done about her ASAP

Horrible. Over an hour long wait once we were seated. Had to ask for every refill. The mandatory 18% tip was all screwed up on our ticket.
