The bakery in Whittier has the most delicious pan dulce I've ever tasted. Every time I visit, I make sure to stock up on their conchas and cuernos with champurrado - they're just that good! The freshness and quality of their sweet bread keeps me coming back, despite the small size of the bakery and occasional lines.
