Friendly staff but horrendous food. I've never before paid $19 for a half of chicken at a fast food restaurant. But the reviews were so good, and the Cosmopolitan Hotel Casino is so lavish I took the risk. By far the worst 1/2 chicken I've ever had, and the sides were not great either. Even frozen TV chicken dinners are substantially better than this place. I offered some of it to my teen daughter since I could not eat it and she couldn't get it down either. Even the macaroni and cheese side dish was substandard. Mushy overcooked pasta with runny sauce with pimentos. Yucky. My daughter knows I'm big on not wasting food particularly, when costly. I thought she might have been surprised we were leaving most of the meal over but she wasn't. don't understand all of these raving reviews, but I'm glad they enjoyed this extremely expensive fast food place.
