I'm not sure what is occurring tonight, but I have waited almost an hour to get a large Hook n ladder. Unfortunately, there is no way to pull out of the drive thru. Only 4 cars ahead of us, this is extremely poor customer service

Sat in drive thru for 40 mins, you state that voice box is busted but you can't read that until you are your order sign. Then you leave a girl that has been there two days to run window with no help. I am writing this while I wait to get thru your line. With no way to exit. Put a sign before you get trapped in your exit drive thru.
