I went back and the food was great and service was great

The worst food and service. The food cheese sticks, Big Texas and Brew fries all burnt. Club sandwich was soggy. I asked server if I could get my bread toasted instead of grilled.for the club He did not come back to let me know that was not an option. Sever asked how we wanted the burger cooked medium was the choice it came with burnt bread and charred burger the brew fries were burnt. After telling server to remove the Club from the bill he told us that it couldn't be voided off that a gift card could be issued. The server got an attitude when presenting the bill Therefore he lost his tip. Up until that time he was still going to get a pretty good tip wasn't his fault the food was bad but his attitude is. which for the burger a wrap and the gift card being used the bill was $40.00. I will never go back
