01/03/2025 - unhappy customer once again
ordered choc. chip pancakes....they arrived with a spoonful of mini choc chips on the top pancake...mostly melted in a pile of choc mess. had no choc chips for the 2nd and 3rd pancake. i paid extra for choc chip pancakes too, they made off with extra money from me meanwhile i received 2 plain pancakes and the 3rd pancake i had to smear the melted choc. it was terrible . whoever prepared this did a HORRIBLE job. any time ive eaten choc chip pancakes anywhere, the chips were cooked into each pancake. so disappointed. imagine not being able to order breakfast from the local bagel store. bad service. even worse, they forgot to put syrup and butter in the bag.
