Do NOT go to this place unless you have virtually unlimited time on your hands.

When I arrived last night, the lone person behind the counter was in the midst of fulfilling the second order for a family of four. I watched for over five minutes as he went through all the steps necessary to make a rolled sundae. He was doing his work as expeditiously as possible, so I have no criticism of him. But he was the only employee there.

When this order was complete, he started in on the third of four. I watched for another four minutes as the entire process of making a rolled sundae was begun again. It was far from complete when I decided to walk out and go to Handel's instead. (Who knows how long the fourth order would have taken?)

The bottom line is this: if your signature product takes this much time to make, then you need to have more than one person behind the counter. No customer should be forced to wait for that amount of time before being served.

It looks like they have some very good ice cream and an interesting way of presenting it. But I won't return to this establishment. I urge others to think carefully before they go there.
