I went on line to Bettys (Clearlake Ca) to place an order for a family of four. I called to make sure they were open and they were, I politely told her I would call back with our to go order. When I called back with the order (this person extra this, the next person no this etc). She said it wasn’t their menu so we all had to start over because they have 3 different menus online. You need to fix this issue, it’s just a waste of time.😡

Everyone is very nice and pleasant, especially the cashier. Her little son was helping her one day when I picked up my order. Concerned mom who was giving her son guidance.
