The Waterman Fish Bar feels like home, reminiscent of Hymel's and Henderson's from decades ago. Paula and I enjoyed a fantastic platter of cornmeal-crusted catfish, crispy oysters and shrimp, plus some delicious raw oysters - they were all so good that I can't wait to return, maybe even tonight!
