My sister and I savored a delicious lunch with fresh, flavorful dishes and attentive, welcoming service led by Jennifer, the hospitable manager. The atmosphere, whether seated indoors or outside with live music, adds to the experience, and the staff's hardworking, genuine smiles never go unnoticed. For a special occasion, the owner graciously accommodated our large group in a private dining room, ensuring a memorable celebration despite the rain and smaller turnout.

I will spread the word on Pizza Gallery adding 16% to each tab to decrease servers income. Who owns this place, Trump?

Disappointing on several levels. First, the pizza was 'okay,' but nothing special at all. Second, it's ridiculous that management ADDS 16% to all checks under the guise of 'sharing the wealth with the employees.' This now screws the servers because some diners presume the whole 16% goes to them when in fact, it does NOT -- and most people tip at least 20%, so this REALLY screws the servers! (We were told that this new BS has also dropped the servers' hourly pay to $1... seriously???) As a business owner for 35+ years, I know a business is only 'as good as its people,' and what kind of servers can afford to work for even LESS than they were already making?! Pizza Gallery, pay your OWN staff and if you need to increase the menu prices, DO IT; but do NOT try to slip in an extra 16% on the customers' checks! THAT is no way to run a business and definitely, NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR SERVERS! Including ourselves, we know of 14 people who will NEVER RETURN to Pizza Gallery, just because of this! *When we see the doors have closed permanently, I guess we'll know the owners got the message.
