I love your chicken. I would really love to see chicken livers on your menu

I have been eating Popeye's chicken for more than 20 years and this was the first time that I was disappointed. The chicken was terrible, greasy with a very deep fried that made the skin dry and hard. It also did not anything like Popeye's Chicken. Who cooked that chicken this evening 1/29/21? It had no taste, and the cole slaw was also terrible. Who is managing this Popeye? The only thing that tasted like Popeye was the biscuit. I purchased the family size for $32 only to be disappointed. They gave me 12 pieces, but not one leg.
