I am never one to leave bad reviews on restaurants but after tonight and the experience my friend and I just had at this restaurant "The Peppers" I feel it necessary to express my frustration. There should be a selection after the one star called HORRIBLE SERVICE because that is exactly what my friend and I had. HORRIBLE HORRRRRRRIBLE SERVICE!!! We arrived at this restaurant tonight at about 6 40 pm. The restaurant was totally dead - there may have been a total of 3 or 4 tables with customers but that was all. Quite slow for a Friday night. Within a few minutes we ordered our appetizers and our entrees which couldn't any later than maybe 650 pm. I ordered corn soup, chicken tikka masala, and naan bread. Very simple. 30+ minutes later and we never saw our server again. My friends appetizer finally came out and I am thinking geez my soup must be coming right behind it. But 15 - 20 minutes after thattt I still never received my soup and our entrees never came out either. Finally our server walked by - the dude with the blue tooth device in his ear - THAT GUY. I motioned him to come over to our table real quick - you think he would have come by our table and said I am sorry your food is taking so long or can I fill your drink or get you something but no nothing like that. I asked him - hey just curious what exactly is taking so long??? - he said sorry we are waiting on your naan bread. I said ohh ok well you know I never received my soup either and has been almost an hour now. He said I am sorry - so sorry would you like me to just bring your meal without the naan bread??? I am like - uhh sure that would be great. I guess I will just order my soup again another time!!! - he says ohhhh right right so sorry about that too. He couldn't care less and you could tell. Very frustrating to be sitting there for over an hour now and NOT receiving the soup you ordered plus your meal coming out without the Naan bread. Anyone that loves Indian cuisine knows the Naan bread goes hand in hand with most of their meals. Over an hour plus and I never received the soup I ordered and never got my complete order. At that point I just told the server - the DUDE with the blue tooth device - Man I wish I knew his name - to just bring me my check because I am leaving. I never saw him again for another 5 to 10 minutes so I got up went over to the bar to ask the bar tender to please print out my bill so I can pay and leave. I noticed that the restaurant health score was posted behind the bar tender was an 87 - B which is one of the lowest I had ever seen at a restaurant. Anyway - this SERVICE and OUR SERVER was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! if you read this - I LEFT YOU A BIG FAT ZERO FOR YOUR TIP TONIGHT!!! I am in the people serving business and I get it - you can have some bad days but this was THE WORST and I really want you all to know this. I WISH I KNEW THE SERVERS NAME. I tried to call the restaurant and all I get is a busy signal. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!! You all wasted over an hour and a half - and ruined our night!!! GOOD JOB!!!!! SIGNED - A PISSED OFF AND ANNOYED CUSTOMER!!!! Just some communication with your customers would help. It wasnt even busy!!!!! IT was totally dead inside!!!! NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH BAD SERVICE!!!! : |

Worst experience. Food was horrible. Cant even talk about the service. Wont recommend to anyone.
