Terrible service and meal, will not be back. Ordered Trash Plate and a Black & Bleu Cheese Burger with Tater Tots (Burger was to be medium rare with no bun or toppings). We waited over 45 minutes for our food. I was just headed to the bar to see where it was and the waitress came out with it. She acted annoyed when I said I had gone looking for it. Burger was very well done (no pink) and there were about 12 tater tots on the plate. She asked if i wanted to return it and I told her know that I wasn't willing to wait another 45 minutes. She walked away. She came back a few minutes later and said she spoke to Chef but there was nothing he could do since I didn't send the food back. Then about 5 minutes later, a guy named Chaz came out. The waitress came over and said to him "look, she cleaned her plate". I said after a 45 minute wait, I was hungry and ate it anyway. He went on to say that he wasn't going to make excuses but he had a new chef in back that had been there a week and fell way behind (So why not help him Chaz?) He then wanted to buy us a drink and at that point we had both had a couple beers waiting for our food so we just wanted to get out. He insisted over and over that we come back soon and he would buy us a drink and gave us 2 drink coupons. Why not just take something off our current bill? Because if they give you coupons to come back, that means they get you for a 2nd time. After the long wait, crappy food and snotty waitress, sorry, we are not coming back not even for a free drink. We threw the coupons out.
