Plateful never disappoints. The buffet is always clean and kept up. Being a creature of habit I usually get the same things, but the buffet is always good. It was already a clean environment, but sin e the Covid hit, you walk in, they read your temp., there is sanitizer and gloves for your convience. The staff has always been polite and courteous to me so I cannot complain.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Just left this restaurant and had the worst customer service experience I have ever had! While up with my two children so the could get their dessert one of the waitresses was rushing by and pushed my 4 year old son! When I said something about it, instead of apologizing, she explained how she was busy and rushing and then proceeded to laugh at the situation! Two other waitresses came over to see what happened and I had to explain that she laughed in my face about pushing my child! One of them tried again to explain she was just busy and then apologized for her. I would have left then but my two children were already promised dessert so we went back to the table so they could finish. The waitress then came over to my table to explain again how she was rushing. I told her I understood that she was rushing but the part that was not okay was that she laughed about pushing a 4 year old, she then laughed again and the. Finally asked if he was okay. Then I had to tell her three times to please leave our table!
