***READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT***
The worst experience at a restaurant! Don't waste your time or money!
Our server would roll her eyes whenever being asked for anything. We didn't realize that asking for more tostadas was just a hard task. The manager, or man who seemed to be in charge, didn't even know which table drinks should be delivered at. Additionally, there was no regard by this man for the incompetent service being provided to customers.
WAIT that's not all!!! After waiting over AN HOUR for our food, one of the plates was completely incorrect and we didn't even have silverware. When mentioning the incorrect order to the cook who delivered the food, the excuse was 'that is how the server input the order.' When the server finally decided to make an appearance to be advised of the situation, the attitude remained as if we, the customers were in the wrong. After blatantly advising the cook AND the server, that the correct is no longer wanted, the server proceeded to throw the plater/food at us. Guess what? It was still incorrect! (And yes, we paid in full for the correct plate even though it was never received!!!) [Don't worry, we tipped the server; overtipped in my opinion for the attitude that was served.]
As this establishment is in the tourist area of the bay, it was extremely disappointing to be treated like this as well as the over all poor service and lack of regard. BUT HEY, FREE MEXICAN CANDY SHOTS SOLVE EVERYTHING, RIGHT? Wrong.
If less than 1-Star was available as a rating l, I would have selected that because this is not even close to being a 1-star establishment.

Restaurant has a fly infestation if your dining inside. As we were trying to eat we were swatting flies away. When we brought it up to the General Managers attention, Santos Garcia he responded “ I am sorry but what do you want me to do”. Very poor response and very poor maintenance. FYI- Bring your own fly swatters.
