This place has an amazing selection of food and the staff is very kind. The general atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. I'm bummed that It's Sunday since I can't get a Mushroom panini. Lol One of the best places for food in the area.

Bucha is probably the best restaurant in Princeton. I love their kombucha. The service is great. The food is over the top, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. I highly recommend a visit!
