Absolutely unacceptable service.
I placed an order at 6:40 PM and didn't receive my food until after 8:35 PM - nearly two hours later. I was understanding and patient, even called to politely check in. I was told the pizza was "just now going into the oven," despite the ridiculous delay.

When my food finally arrived:
"¢ My 2-liter drink was missing (despite a $10 tip to the driver)
"¢ The crust was incorrect - not what I ordered
"¢ And to top it off, the woman I spoke with on the phone called me a "b**ch" while speaking to her manager, loud enough for me to hear.

That kind of unprofessional, disrespectful behavior is absolutely inexcusable - especially when the customer has been more than reasonable under the circumstances.

This is the only delivery option in the area, and it's honestly disappointing to see how little they care about quality or respect. I won't be ordering again unless ownership addresses this level of customer service.

Update:
"When the driver finally brought the forgotten drink, it was so over-shaken it exploded when opened - and it was completely flat. Not only was I disrespected by staff and underserved, but the replacement item was practically undrinkable. I tipped generously and was treated like an afterthought. Again - do better."
