If the food comes out the way you ask for it, then it is good. 'IF.
For the most time, there is always something wrong: no cheese on things when you asked for it, grits instead of hasbrowns/vice versa, wrong type of bread, et cetera.
They will not answer the phone, so even if you even if you do get a manager, let me tell you that getting any service recovery for a messed up order probably won't work because the manager either acts like fixing what they messed up comes out of her pocket, or they just don't follow through.
People, this is Waffle House. This stuff should not only be so hard, but there are literally several other Waffle Houses within single digit miles.
Do not go to this one. Save yourself the trouble.
