Did not make a good first impression. Server was very rude, I really don't care how long you worked for Sprecher's, just answer the questions with a smile. Ordered a wrap that was not wrapped at all. it was rolled with both ends open on a very stale cold tortilla. could not pick it up to eat. I ended up taking the filling out of tortilla and eating it without the tortilla. Server never inquired about the said wrap even though it was laying to the side. French onion soup was flavorless and very greasy and not very hot.
