I went to Stone Pizza Kitchen about 8 times and only 3 of them were without incident.

I don't know if you all want to know the specifics, but let's just say that I tried to speak to the managers and owners on multiple occasions, and at the time a light skinned kid with unkempt uncombed hair would speak on the restaurant's behalf. On one of the last times I was there, all of the sudden HE was the manager.

On a few of the occasions I tried to get service recovery this guy expected me to keep the food that wasn't eaten AND bring back a receipt, something that most restaurants have realised is unrealistic. Who keeps bad food over the weekend or for a week until they come back?

The policies that he said where the restaurant policies seemed made up on the spot, and meant to diffuse the issue at that moment.

As for trying to get in touch with anyone with decision-making, good luck. The staff tries to hush up bad service like children keeping a bad report card from their parents.

With a whole 'nother pizza place literally right down the walkway a distance you could hold your breath, don't bother with this place.
