This place is suppose to be a Cajun spicy chicken place. I got the regular last time I asked for spicy. So tonight I emphasized Spicy! Said it twice. Still got the regular and drive thru seems to be screwed up every time. They never get it right.

You can never get anyone to answer the telephone. I've tried calling to speak to a manager about the condition of my food. After ordering and paying for two sandwiches"¦ for my self and a client to go, Once we got back home to eat, one of the sandwiches had a severely burnt bun. The other sandwich had two bottom buns, and was old looking like The fish had sat out all day. All greasy looking with the tarter sauce all melted and looked nothing like was suppose to. This is not except-able at all. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!😩

I Purchased the new Popeyes's chicken sandwich today for the first time, The sandwich does not taste good at all and I will not buy it again. Popeyes main dish is chicken and I feel they could do a better job. The chicken sandwich taste as if it had grounds up bone or some foreign ingredient that was not chicken. Also trying to eat the sandwich made me sick to my stomach.
