errible customer service!

Purchased 4 keto cupcakes on Thursday for a birthday party. When we went to eat them 2 were hard as rocks. We laughed it off to a fluke and contacted the bakery the next morning about the issue. The owner was extremely rude and accused us of eating them wrong. We explained that we immediately put them in the refrigerator when we got home and then took them out a few hours before we planned on eating them because they are supposed to be room temperature. The owner insisted that it was impossible for the cupcakes to be defective, insisted that we microwaved them, and refused a refund or replacement until another customer complained about the same thing. We have gone to wicked batter many times and never had an issue before. I will not be going back and will suggest no one else does either. I am shocked at how we were treated and all over $12. Please check all items before leaving the store because you will not easily get a refund even if the product is basically cement

Amazing best tasting bakery items I've ever had‼️. Will definitely be getting bakery items from here from now on
