I was really disappointed with my experience at Jack's today. They were out of 2 kinds of ice cream and out of receipts. We waited over 30 minutes and finally asked for a refund. I'm a diabetic and needed to eat. Several people had waited a long time also.. A lady from the drive through came in frustrated because she had also been waiting a long time. The employees were nice and apologized and there were no unkind words exchanged but for a fast food restaurant I expected faster service!
