I tried the crab cakes at the Aiken Makin Festival in Aiken, SC, and let me tell you, they were some of the best I've ever had! The crab cakes were so fresh and delicious, and the remoulade sauce was a perfect complement. I'm usually picky about seafood, but these crab cakes from central PA were absolutely amazing - I'll definitely be looking for them closer to home!
