I visited Preservation during the holidays and enjoyed the cozy outdoor area with festive warm drinks, a fire pit offering free s'mores, and several vendors selling unique items. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, with highlights like the asparagus and lemon whipped ricotta and the wild mushroom tart, complemented by excellent cocktails and attentive service. The atmosphere, enhanced by live music and a heated patio, made for a pleasant dining experience, though the presence of dogs in the outdoor space was a bit distracting.

Sumptuous
