The food at Mi Tierra is consistently delicious, with flavors that stand out from other Mexican restaurants in the area. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I find myself returning regularly for their great food and excellent customer service.

The manager / server was extremely rude.
We came in for a quick lunch.
1st time visting this restaurant.

One could tell as he seated us..He had an attitude.

Not once did he check on our table to see if the food was alright.

The Fajitas came out cold and undercooked.

When it came time to pay the bill my husband mentioned this to "Thomas".

He reared back, puffed up chest and said.."Don't come back".
My hub is an ex restaurant manager and was simply trying to tell him about our experience.

At which point the manager told him to "Get out ...
And called my husband a Mother F*cker.".

Just WOW!

So, my rating is due to the food being average.
But- really for this unacceptable, belligerent attitude, behavior, lewd comments and rudeness.

Clearly, this establishment is not concerned about patrons.
They have no skills in customer service and for whatever reason are wiedrly BELLIGERENT!

Managor told me to leave after crowed over capacity dirty menus that werent cleaned after talking off table all because I asked to habe a rag to wipe it dow.

Horrible food!!! Ordered tamales, definitely Not authentic. Food tasted like it was microwaved. Ordered fried ice cream, it was not warm and tasted freezer burnt. Service was very brusque and not at all friendly.
